Our apartment in the old town is within a few minutes' walk from the main train station and is located in the quiet rear building of a listed residential building. It is the perfect base for your stay in Magdeburg, whether you are traveling for business, working as a digital nomad or simply want to explore the city.

The apartment is located in the quiet rear building of a listed apartment building on the 4th floor (without elevator) in the city center of Magdeburg (the "Altstadt" district).

In the lovingly furnished living room, the spacious premium sofa bed invites you to end the evening watching Netflix on the 58-inch Smart TV. If you are traveling with 3 or 4 people, the sofa bed can be pulled out to 160 x 200 cm. In the bedroom you will find an "Emma One box spring bed" and enough storage space for your clothes in two chests of drawers and tubular steel clothes racks.

In the bathroom you can take a bath or a shower - whatever you prefer. And last but not least, we have generously equipped the kitchen for you. There is an oven + ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. In addition to a normal filter coffee machine, we also have a Nespresso capsule machine for you. And so that you can get started easily after you arrive, we provide a basic supply of coffee, filter bags, Nespresso capsules, tea, oil, salt and pepper.
