Our cozy 46 sqm 2-room apartment is located on the 4th floor of a listed apartment building in the trendy Stadtfeld-Ost district near the city center. From here you can reach the city center within 15 minutes on foot or in 6 minutes by tram (stop right outside the door).

In the lovingly furnished living room, the spacious couch invites you to end the evening watching Netflix on the 55-inch Smart TV. And if you still want to be productive, you can use our work table.

In the bedroom you will find an "Emma One box spring bed" and enough storage space for your clothes in a chest of drawers or a tubular steel clothes rack. In the bathroom you can take a bath or shower - just as you prefer. And last but not least, we have generously equipped the kitchen for you. There is an oven + ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher. In addition to a normal filter coffee machine, we also have a Nespresso capsule machine for you. And so that you can get started easily after your arrival, we provide a basic supply of coffee, filter bags, Nespresso capsules, tea, oil, salt & pepper.
