We rent fully furnished and equipped apartments in the heart of Magdeburg for short-term stays.
Ideal for your business stay

Our aim is for you to arrive with just your clothes and wash bag and to feel at home straight away. To achieve this, we fully equip all apartments. In addition to the complete linen package (duvets, covers, towels, etc.), this includes a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. You can enjoy the end of the day in our cozy living room and use the included Netflix access on our 55-inch Smart TV.

We know how important restful sleep is. That's why we equip our apartments with comfortable box spring beds from Emma-One.

Kitchen

Our kitchens are generously equipped. In addition to the crockery, there is a basic supply of coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets and much more.

For uncomplicated relaxation after a day at work or a day out, Netflix Smart TV's are included in all of our apartments.
